Barovier&Toso has been operating in Murano since 1295, within a tradition whereby glassmaking is defined as a balance between material, technique, and light. Over the centuries, the furnace has developed a distinctive style, rooted in a continuity of craftsmanship that spans through generations without interruption.

Blown glass lies at the heart of this: a living material, never identical, that demands control, experience, and interpretation. Each creation is shaped through a constant dialogue between gesture and transformation, in which technique is never separated from design.

Research evolves over time as an open system, where tradition and innovation coexist. Historic techniques are reinterpreted and integrated with new solutions, maintaining consistency and identity. Each collection is part of this journey, striking a balance between memory and contemporaneity.
